Our client is a leading “Software Development” company is looking for an experienced “Associate Lead Business Analyst” to join their Canada team immediately.
Job Description
- Facilitating Agile/Scrum based or conventional projects as the Scrum Master or Project Lead.
- Leading Senior BA’s and lower grade BA’s to ensure on-time delivery of projects and their successions.
- Leading a complex project on your own without the support of other BAs. (Note: Training will be provided on product-specific knowledge)
- Leading and managing scrum-based projects as a Scrum Master and ensuring the scrum ceremonies, UAT, S/T, Go Live activities are followed on the standard to ensure on-time delivery.
- Preparing detailed requirement specifications, functional specifications, use cases, and workflow diagrams and manage the requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Consulting practices, solutions conceptualization current technology concepts.
- Working with business partners to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.
- Roadmap planning, business process redesign, gap analysis, and developing proofs-of-concept.
- Clearly articulates and documents business requirements.
- Assessing the risk of various solutions and prioritizing competing business demands.
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders locally as well as globally.
- Proactively resolving customer satisfaction issues.
- Supporting ongoing business intelligence, competitive and best practice efforts.
- Identifying performance gaps of the team and actively supporting to conduct skill development programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / MBA in IT or MSc in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or Business.
- Professional qualification in business management or relevant is an added advantage.
- 5+ years of industry experience in IT working in a similar role.
- Technical know-how-skills on Databases, API technologies, UI/UX.
- Strong scrum/agile experience and facilitating its ceremonies.
- Experience in Telco domain will be an advantage.
- Team player with profound leadership skills and ability to take responsibility for projects assigned.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong PR and presentation skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Good proficiency in English (Written/Spoken).
